For just $99, we will build a custom website for your small business.

This agreement (1-10) contains the entire understanding between the CLIENT and SF WEB CONSTRUCTION.

By paying the minimum $99.00 (ninty nine dollars) annual service fee, the CLIENT agrees to these 10 terms of service, and enters into our binding WordPress Website Project.

1. The CLIENT is engaging SF WEB CONSTRUCTION for the specific purpose of building a five page Brochure Website to be published on the World Wide Web . Website lease renews every 12 months. Hosting included. Website lease must be prepaid 90 days in advance.

2. SF WEB CONSTRUCTION holds the property rights and hosting rights and copyrights of domain name , URL and website. Responsive WordPress Themes are limited to those available on elegantthemes.com.

3. The CLIENT will NOT have passcodes to WordPress website.

4. The CLIENT will submit information, text, content, photos to be published to SF WEB CONSTRUCTION. All instructions and content must be in digital format and emailed to sfwebconstruction@gmail.com. No hand written material please.

5. SF WEB CONSTRUCTION includes two hours of webmaster work per year.

6. The CLIENT guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to SF WEB CONSTRUCTION for inclusion in the WordPress Website Project are owned by the CLIENT. No adult material or unlawful content permitted. SF WEB CONSTRUCTION reserves the right to delete the CLIENT website if inappropriately used. CLIENT can cancel service at anytime. Cancellations must be in writing and signed by CLIENT.

7. SF WEB CONSTRUCTION bills at $50 per hour for webmaster work. Webmaster work must be prepaid with written instructions to start.

8. SF WEB CONSTRUCTION and the CLIENT must work together to complete the WordPress Website Project in a timely manner.

9. The completed WordPress Website Project will contain anchor text links in footer.

10. This agreement constitutes SF WEB CONSTRUCTION and the CLIENT regarding this WordPress Website Project. Search Engine Optimization and GOOGLE Business Registration and Local Search are additional services and not included. No other competing webmaster or agent may work on WordPress Website Project.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.
